Does Beauteousgifts offer guarantee to their customers?

Of course! If you are not happy with your print, we'll take it back. We will reprint any defective product and send it to you without charging any additional fee.

How do I place an order?

Simply choose your style from the dropdown menu on the product page then click the “Buy It Now!” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you a tracking number.

How do I check the status of my order?

Beauteousgifts allows you to see real-time updates of your order(s). You can track your individual items through the “Track Order” Tab. We’ll send you your tracking number as soon as your order has been processed.

In most cases order processing takes between 24-96 hours.
 

How long does delivery take?

We know the feeling of waiting for an awesome product to arrive, so we get them to you as fast as we possibly can!

Here are our standard shipping times:

Products & Accesories: Usually 2-3 weeks. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Clothing: Please allow 7-14 Days.

If your order hasn’t arrived inside the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team using the Contact Form.

For products other than clothing, delivery time may take up to 30 days to arrive from our suppliers. The average delivery time is much lower, but we like to make our customers aware that in very rare cases it can take up to 30 days to receive your product(s).

Some of our products are shipped from our overseas supplier direct to you. In the rare event that there is a customs charge, this will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Do you deliver products internationally?

Beauteousgifts  successfully ship A LOT of products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the globe!

 

I've placed an orders with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

Since we have 4 different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)

 

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picket a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything if your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

Which clothing brands does Beauteousgifts use?

We use the best brands in the marketplace that are known for their quality, durability and great fit. Our preferred garment suppliers include Gildan, Hanes, Bella, and Port & Company.

 

How secure is my personal information?

Beauteous adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments.

We don’t sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.
